1. Intermediary status

Abhinay.in operates as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We host user-generated casting profiles and do not originate the content users publish.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law to hold an account. Profiles of minors (under 18) are permitted only with verifiable guardian consent captured in the profile editor; a minor's profile cannot be published without it.

3. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information about yourself.
• Upload only content you own or have the right to use.
• Do not post unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Do not impersonate others or post non-consensual or intimate imagery of any person.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant Abhinay.in a licence to host, process, and display it on your public profile for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Moderation and takedown

Photos are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may remove content or suspend profiles that violate these terms or applicable law. To report content or raise a grievance, see our Grievance & content reporting page.

6. Verification

Identity verification is optional and accepts PAN, passport, or driving licence only. See our Privacy Policy for how verification documents are handled.

7. Termination and deletion

You may delete your account at any time; deletion purges your stored data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability and governing law

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
