How to report content
- Use the “Report this profile” control on any public profile page for in-product reports.
- For written grievances, email the Grievance Officer above with the profile URL and a description of the issue.
Our timelines
- We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours of receipt.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery and content covered by Rule 3(2)(b) is removed expeditiously, within 24 hours of a valid complaint.
- Child sexual abuse material is removed immediately and escalated to the authorities (POCSO / IT Act).
- Other unlawful content is actioned within the timelines required by the IT Rules.
